Land assembly and servicing
We acquire land in Bulawayo’s growth corridors, resolve title, and put in the roads, water, sewer and power that turn raw hectares into serviced stands.

Residential estates and townhouses
Cluster housing, townhouses and single-family stands, designed and built to a specification we would live in ourselves.

Purpose-built commercial
Offices, light industrial and retail built around a named occupier’s requirement rather than a speculative floor plate.

Asset and estate management
We stay after handover. Maintenance, tenanting and estate management across thirty-nine properties.
Process
Five stages, one standard.

Feasibility and land
Site, title, zoning and numbers, before anyone draws anything.
02
Design and approvals
Layouts and drawings taken through council approval with the occupier in mind.
03
Funding structure
The capital stack assembled and committed before we break ground.
04
Construction
Delivered with contractors and engineering partners we work with repeatedly, including Reclon Consultants on mechanical and electrical.
05
Handover and management
Snagging, handover, and long-term estate management.
