The approach

Land first
We acquire and service land in Bulawayo’s growth corridors before we build. Secure title, serviced stands and proper infrastructure are what make a development worth owning.

Built to specification
A small number of developments at a time, each built to a standard we would live in ourselves. We would rather deliver thirty-four homes properly than three hundred badly.

Delivered, then managed
We stay after handover. Thirty-nine properties under management means we live with the quality of our own work.
